Wim is Partner at 819 Capital Partners and co-founder of the firm. He is responsible for managing the firm, investor relations, the primary investment process and portfolio management activities.
Wim has more than 30 years experience as (serial) entrepreneur and investor. As entrepreneur he has successfully set up multiple companies and grown them organically or through buy-and-build transactions and ultimately sold them.

Next to strong entrepreneurial experience, Wim has successfully executed 60+ venture capital and private equity investments, including add-on acquisitions.
Wim has experience in several industries, including leisure, healthcare and information technology. He has fulfilled roles as shareholder, (interim) CEO and supervisory board member.
Wim holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering (UT) and has completed an Executive MBA (TSM, UT).
