Thomas is Partner at 819 Capital Partners and co-founder of the firm. He is responsible for managing the firm, fund management, the primary investment process and portfolio management activities.

For the past 8 years, Thomas has worked as a senior corporate finance advisor. In this role he has supervised dozens of transactions in various industries; including companies in food, packaging, IT, software and production. He has assisted entrepreneurs and companies with (international) purchase and sale processes, due diligence, financing, (shareholder) disputes and (re)structuring. In addition, he has carried out many valuations for family businesses in the context of business succession.

Thomas has an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Financial Engineering (UT). He recently completed the Executive Master of M&A and Valuation (RUG).

Since October 2022, Thomas has been included as a Registered Valuator with the Dutch Institute for Registered Valuators (NiRV).
