By using advanced AI and data analysis on scientific publications and other data sources, tech-transfer opportunities can be identified by universities and given the opportunity by companies to become new products and services. Using state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) techniques (including BERT models), the Business Potential Score (BPS) is determined for each publication describing the tech-transfer potential.

The company uses a tailor-made AI/ML pipeline for each scientific domain. The process evaluates various aspects of the publications.
