SAIA Agrobotics is a Dutch ag-tech scale-up revolutionizing greenhouse farming with an “inverted automation” system: instead of robots traveling through the greenhouse, plants are moved to stationary robots for monitoring, harvesting, and maintenance.

Their technology can boost yields by about 20% while reducing labour costs by up to 50%. This design enables fully automated, year-round harvesting and maintenance with high precision, addressing labour shortages and improving efficiency in controlled-environment agriculture.
